Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your laboratory experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of your subscription choice.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you find that the Pro features do not meet your research expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. We believe in providing a risk-free environment for discovery.

2. Subscription Lifecycle

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings. Once canceled, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support laboratory at hassanali41101@gmail.com. Please include your account email and transaction receipt. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

4. Policy Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 7-day window are generally not approved except in instances of verified technical failure that prevented access to the service.
